Molly is a consultant specializing in trademarks, domain names and copyright. She advises on clearance, watching, trademark prosecution, infringements, agreements, name creation and branding, as well as domain name disputes.
Molly is our lead contact person for trademark clearance searches and monitoring. She has gained extensive knowledge and experience handling strategies for global trademark clearance projects as well as trademark and domain name monitoring for several of Sweden’s largest international companies.
In addition, Molly has experience of dealing with strategic IP issues concerning global management of trademarks and brand related IP through her secondment as inhouse counsel at Sandvik AB.
Molly is originally from Mumbai, where she worked at a prominent IP law firm. She is also an advisor on Indian intellectual property and is active in cultivating business contacts between India and Europe.
Molly has led several high-profile trademark clearance projects for global companies spanning over more than 100 countries in a time and cost-effective manner.
Molly is a member of the INTA, International Trademark Association, and has been an active member on several Committees.
