(Publ. 4 JUL 2022) We are happy that Anton Persson has started with us! Anton is a consultant specializing in trademarks, design, digital law and domain names. He works with projects in design, online monitoring, IP policy and preliminary research projects of trademarks and domain names for a Swedish international company. He also works with marketing law and agreements.

Anton has studied the business law master’s program and during his studies has been an intern at Groth & Co when he worked with warning letters, arguing with counterparties, and lawsuits.

The focus of his studies was in intellectual property law when he wrote his master’s thesis “Citation law – In light of the three new EU preliminary rulings from 29 July 2019” and his master’s thesis on “The importance of patent law for a circular economy”. Anton has also, among other things, done an exchange semester at Reykjavík University, Iceland, and studied “IP Law & IP Agreements for Start-ups”.
