Helena is a lawyer and specializing in dispute resolution and commercial contract law. Helena litigates in all areas of intellectual property law and marketing law. She has acted as legal counsel in several Swedish and international processes in both court and arbitration. Her experience includes disputere solution in various industries such as the engineering industry, the energy sector, the real estate sector, contracting, media, healthcare, IT and in the public sector.
Helena also has many years of experience in commercial agreements and provides legal and strategical advice related to contract negotiations, due diligence work and in general licensing and infringement matters. She also gives advice regarding trademarks, portfolio management and IP strategies.
Helena has previously i.a. worked as a lawyer at one of the larger lawfirms in Sweden and as a corporate lawyer at a Swedish international company. In addition, she has work experience from service at the District Court in Sweden.
